We hope that all of our customers are happy with their orders but understand that sometimes it doesn't work out. We ask that you notify us of any problems within 14 days of the receipt of your order to be considered for a refund or discount on a future purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition you received it. You must provide proof of purchase and a photo of the unopened items before receiving a return label.
For questions or to start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. In your email please provide your confirmation number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Shipping costs will apply.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
